To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or have parental consent.
4. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload (reports, documents, personal information). By uploading content, you grant NROL.ai a limited license to process, analyse, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, match scores, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed admission outcomes or professional advice. Always verify information with official university sources.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false or misleading academic documents
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content, design, and technology are owned by NROL.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (university websites, application portals, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
NROL.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to university admission decisions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NROL.ai operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
